Get your child into the world of making and electronics, and have a blast doing so!
Recently, my little sister and her friend started getting interested in electronics, and they wanted me to teach them and start working with them on their projects, and of course, I was more than happy to do so. After discovering how much fun working with them is, I wanted to know the positive effects of learning programming and electronics at a young age are, and I found the following:
The advantages of programming for children
- It enhances the kids computational thinking
- It facilitates creativity
- It teaches problem-solving
- It develops their persistence and resilience
- It improves their communication skills

The advantages of learning Electronics
- Children are drawn to hand on activities, and will be excited to watch what thy program come to life instantly
- Their retention of the learned material is much better as a result of the hands-o experience
- It teaches how electricity and programming work in the real world
- It teaches them that they can influence the world around them with programming and electricity
After a couple of days of working with them, I found a lack of online content that speaks their language and teaches them in a very simple way. And that is why we are to starting to creating content that makes it easy for both the children and the parents.
We JUST started this. Thus, there is no content ready yet, and here are the first three guides that we’ll be working on:
- What Electricity is and what it can do
- Controlling lights and making sounds
- Interacting with the world
